Limited ed. of 790 hand-numbered copies, with 40 copies with Roman numerals not intended for sale. Three hundred copies provided with an English commentary translated by Prof. Dr. B. M. Charleston.
The English text was translated from the German ed. which in turn was taken from the Catalan version.
