Scott, Kan.,Nov 25, 1934Dear Comrade Conroy:   With the rapid decay of capitalism and associated with this decay a frightful increase in the misery of the workers and small farmers, the danger of fascism and war, etc., impose upon every revolutionary the duty of organizing the masses for struggle against this menace.    Especially is it of great importance to build groups of CP members in every locality who will guide and direct activities among the masses.   As a means of spreading our work among the farmers, for example, we must have units in the towns, using these as a base from which to reach out among the farmers.    Maybe you can assist us in getting in touch with workers and farmers in the Moberly section and also elsewhere in Missouri, who are or can be made good timber for the Party.   We should have a good unit of CP in Moberly.   If you have names and addresses of prospective CP members please send them to me.    As literature, in preparation for the organization of units, the following
