Dear Mr. Conroy-
Please accept this belated note of
thanks for your fine review of The Wars of
Pardon in the Sun-Times and for your letter
of May 9, 1965. I have been an admirer of
your work for many years. I look forward
to the new edition of They Seek a City. I have
not yet received a review copy from Hill &
Wang. More than anything, I would like
to be able to review a new work of yours.
Is there something coming?
With all good wishes
Robert Kirsch
