We also found a whorehouse in Moberly after we left your home that night. 113 and 113½ Williams; I think it was Williams. Across from the police station, anyway. We didn't go in. Shape we were in we'd have wound up across the street. The two broads Jay showed his library card to earlier in the evening work there - as "cocktail waitresses." Oh me.
We had a great time. Hope we didn't wear you and Gladys down. If not, we'll do it again next year. Thanks for all the hospitality.

No booze for two weeks. I needed the layoff - and am revising a novel. Copy for issue of underlined: December goes to typesetter this coming Monday. Books written 3 months.
