My dear Dr Hartrauft.
At last the path of duty has become plainly single to us. For a whole month we have thought and prayed our way through both of the courses open to us, and have patiently waited and watched for the one way in which alone we could go. Our prayer has been to be made entirely willing to make either of them that should be chosen for us our own - and from the first I believe we have been willing so to do.
