Dear Captive-
Bleake's having a
ball in here. Has a soft job, a
swimming pool, [?], "sense of
belonging" and, needless to say, sex.
The Dr. isn't
very communicative. Believe he is in
a [?] financially as well as [pussy?]-wise.
There's that "[?] of paper in the City Hall",
that may be giving him some trouble. Altho
this time i is the [?] of he war years.
He doesn't mention it but I believe
that he is disillusioned about both
poker and [?]. At least teh kind he's
had this past year. He's a great guy
and deserves better. Maybe when The
Arm is made into a play and movie
his fortunes will change.
Don't know when
I'll be up. Having trouble going to
work that I didn't anticipate. Need
about a month's labor to fit myself
up for my annual migration.
Pikowsky sent
me some books from San Francisco. Believe
she is selling that American School Plan[?].
Isn't there some
way you can put your talent at
arthuring to use in this TV modern[?]?
You could circumvent the Eye and
your conscience by using a pen name,
like Behemoth Frittentitten.
Best to Gladys.
Yrs,
B.
