User-Contributed Transcription -2-One of the clowns picked up my manuscript, read it, complimented me. (How nice, a discerning meathead.) Which will explain all the ape-shit in the enclosed article. They had a homo-tag all set to bang on me too, if the junk rap didn't stick, but when they found the tea, they settled for a clear-cut issue. Minimum [?] second conviction is 5 years. So.Now I know I'll have plenty of time with no distractions, to finish the opus in record (?) time. If you will furnish me some paper and pencils, I will set to, since my possessions are not in my possession. The MS. may just possibly give somebody hereabouts hot shit! But there is nothing, I've always said, like writing on location.I'd hold off informing Madeleine of the debacle, as not to giggle negotiations, but actually chances of completion are enhanced, and a steady income in my present spot while I work on it, would be the essence, however small the income would be. My room and board are now assured for a while. This will sound hellish familiar but if you have any loot you can waft with ease can use, since we eat only three daily and then sparsely (some parsley) [match?] food is for sale. Otherwise, I am well and unhappy. Love to you and Amanda. Tonight you seem heart-breakingly remote. Jim
