Description
People surround an automobile carrying the caskets of the Sindelar family at their funeral. The Sinedlars were one of twenty-two families who died in the catastrophe. The back of the postcard reads: "Funeral of the Sindelar family of eight, entirely wiped out by the Eastland disaster. The autotruck contains the bodies of Mr. and Mrs. Sindelar and six children." Postcard published by Max Rigot Selling Company, Chicago, Illinois.
