Description Rescuers loading victim bodies into rowboats during recovery efforts. Most prominent is a rescuer carrying a woman's lifeless body. Printed caption on the back of the postcard reads, "Recovering bodies from the hull of the ill-fated Eastland. In this view the bodies of three person are show as they were recovered from the hold."
