Description Dunkley-Williams Pavilion and Docks in South Haven, Michigan. Dunkley-Williams Company was originally a rival company to the Eastland?s first owner, Michigan Steamship Company. In December 1905, the Michigan Steamship Company reorganized as the Michigan Transportation Company. Shortly after, the Michigan Transportation Company and the Dunkley-Williams Company consolidated into the Chicago-South Haven Line. In 1907, the owner of the Michigan Transportation Company bought out Dunkley-Williams and sold the Eastland to the Lake Shore Navigation Company. Dunkley-Williams then reorganized as the Chicago & South Haven Steamship Company. Postcard sent on July 27, 1908, and includes recipient and handwritten message. Postcard published by Payne Printing Company, South Haven, Michigan.
