Biographical/Historical Note Jane Elliott Sever O'Reilly (1876-1956) was daughter of Mary C. Webber and Charles William Sever of Massachusetts. She married James Archer O'Reilly of Saint Louis Missouri and had two children, Noel Sever (1909-1999) and James Archer (1907-2001).
