Description Title from Du Fossé.
Five engraved portraits are signed by Etienne Jehandier Desrochers, one of which is also signed "Champagne pinx." and dated 1697. Fifteen engravings are signed by Louise Madeleine Horthemels Cochin, one of which bears her Paris address on "rue S. Jâque au Mecenas". The remaining 15 engravings are unsigned.
The 15 engravings signed by Horthemels form a suite of engravings executed sometime during the first decade of the 18th century, possibly after a series of gouaches on vellum attributed to Madeleine de Boullogne.
