User-Contributed Transcription Saratoga Springs July 12/54.Mr. Everett. Miss Sarah requests me to write to you as follows. She reada letter from her Mother & Sister of the 7thin due season from date. was muchpleased to hear. She is now muchbetter than when I wrote before, had somelow, weak, sinking, turns but the Dr. hadperfect control of them, consequently doesnot fear them at all. She had I thinknearly recovered from the fatigue of her journeyand the noise & excitement of the 4" which was very great, consequently made her verylow. She appears contented andhappy in the present and is looking to thefuture when in the providence of "Him whodoeith all things well" she may be permittedto enjoy homes fire side circle and enjoythat rich retreat that children find no where except - "Arround our fathers hearth.
