How absurd even thesupposition appears- We see thereforecrossed out there can be nosalvation for this quarter- Satancannot rebuke sin- one sinnercannot rebuke another sincerely-& much more alter his nature fromsin to holiness- Again - How couldan angel change the nature of the human soul- this is above hispower- an angel cannot make himself& certainly he cannot create others- or change their natures whenmade- But supposing an angelcould regenerate the soul, yet, howcould he satisfy for men's sins
