We are all very much obliged to you for your remembering us so perceptably Christmas. Those views arrrived safely and very much admired - mine especially I like - it gives me a much clearer idea of what kind of a place you are in. I had not thought of Charleston being so much of a city. How many inhabitants has it? Is the building in which you are represented in this view - Anna likes her view but we have not yet succeeded in finding any thing of the "chapel." - Sarah's is Anna
