User-Contributed Transcription also dead - died Friday after a short illness of inflammation of stomach and liver - he is to be buried today.  Hugh Jones and wife were sitting up with him Thursday night - early in the morning he went over home leaving Mrs. Jones at Elias' - he laid down to rest for a few minutes, as he thought on the lounge without anything over him, and fell asleep. he took cold and is now very sick with pneumonia - John Eddie slept there last night  that if necessary he might go for help in the night.  Mr. Jones is no better this morning - they sent for the Dr. first yesterday.  Mother says, dont hurry about sending that Mrs. Jones has paid you.in margins We had a severe snow storm yesterday and the ground is all white  The spring  unclear have not been so unclear as to open their eyes yet.  We are intending to get a horse and unclear has been looking but has not found one yet.  unclear will hardly do for us - she can help
