John had to go to return the borrowed wagon & get the mended wheel on Saturday, P.M. German went with him. It was rainy a little when they started but they went and came very comfortably. What do you think, we did not have a simple letter on Friday or Saturday! Was not that wonderful? We had two from you and one from Edward on Tuesday. E. does not write often. I do not know how long it is since he wrote last. His letters are good when they do come. He wrote that his school on Lenox Ave. is to continue
