User-Contributed Transcription into the back room some still, Mrs. Jardine and her niece have moved out so that we have the whole flat, Annie Ellis is staying with us a few days-she had been taking care of a sick lady for seven months. Last Wednesday the lady was buried and after the funeral Anna came here and finding us with so much room, asked to stay and rest a little before she goes to another place. Mrs. Jardine left a little iron bed stead - Anna sleeps on that, Mary on the cot, and Anna and I on the sofa bed. Mary thinks of leaving here but whenever she, may be she will arrange for you when you come , tho' we will doubtless have gone home . We have not decided anything where we shall be after this summer--we must talk that over together when you come. Mary has been invited to take the chair of Anatomy next year and if she accepts
