User-Contributed Transcription there or from Cleveland but perhaps I would not save enough to make it pay because I have a trunk. Anna is a very lively cheery child and makes us a good deal of music. Claire too is very affectionate. She is my sleep mate and also goes out walking with me and shows me the tour. Yesterday was a beautiful day and she went with to the P. O. office and the depot and brought me back by way of Fayette and Hillsdale Its a very pretty walk We passed the residence of the late college president and the new house that is building for the present president Day before she went with me to the college museum which has quite a good collection but and arranged to make the best show. The room was cold, there being no stove in it, and so was the library in the morning when I was in it that is warmed afternoons however their stated time for having it open.
