He may not be ready to mention it to others - it might make the mothers anxious. any way it is his place to inform them. If you have kept still, all right, if not ditto - it may be as well - he told us we might tell you but till he could fully decide what he will do he wanted no others in the east to know.We are very busy - John having had a hog killed for us yesterday - today they cut it up and dry salted most of it, we keeping out for sausage and head cheese - the head is in salt & water.
