With much love, Your brother HenryRemsen -- Dear Sister We thought you be anxious to hear how Henry was, and so send this for your perusal. It was received by us last night. Sarah is about the same, she says.--I do wish you could find time to write home, Jennie dear. It would "gladden our hearts" greatly to hear from you. If you only knew, if you could once feel how happy it would make us to receive one letter from our Jennie, and know that she did care enough for us to write; and sad, we sometimes feel because we do not receive any communications from you I doubt not that you would write.--Mother says she was sorry she could not see you when she was in Whitesboro last week. With love remember and I will you--your Sister Cynthia in haste.Please let the Whitesboro folks know how H is.
