User-Contributed Transcription She is mrs? as you thought Mrs Menzer. Quite as she was, only more so.  One would certainly think her an old maid by her looks.  She and her husband seem very happy.  If there were children if would have changed her ideas I imagine. I sometimes see Mrs Pritchard.  Her husband is in very poor health. They lost a son a year or two ago which was a great sorrow.  They have not looked the same since Emma Jones, I think she was the middle one - died a few years ago. The youngest one holds a good position, in an insurance office. The oldest daughter is married and in the city. Janet Price, aunt with whom she lived, died a little more than a yea ago.  She left Janet in very comfortable circumstances.  She lives in an apartment and has her mother with her most of the time. Mr Lucas lived here for quite a time, but last summer, the firm by whom Mr Lucas was employed moved to New York - so they are
