User-Contributed Transcription Hague, N.Y. May 7, 1883 Dear Aunties: I have been here two days, and will write you my impressions thus far. Spoke twice on Sunday, both times without notes, and got along very well. Took the sermon I read to you for the first one, and the 23rd Psalm for the second. Had a large audience in the morning, as they wanted to hear the "new minister." In the evening there was the usual audience of about 60. There was no Sunday School, but one will probably be started soon. The prayer meeting comes Thursday evening.
