Sorry to have kept you waiting so long for them. - We are having a cool August so far. Is it any cooler where you are? Babe is fine - couldn't be better. As soon as the film in the camera is finished, hope to have some good pictures to send you.  V enclosed. The neighbors all ask about you both - Mrs. Curtis, Mrs. Feist - Mrs. Kopp and others whenever I see them. The house next door on the Pheiffer lot is under way. Basement all done and frame being started this morning. Nearly all the work is being done by 3 of Mrs. West's grown sons. Very pleasant, hardworking folks, all of them. They gave us a dozen fresh eggs the other day as a token of appreciation for the use of our water and hose. They have ex-
