User-Contributed Transcription The worst of my shocks  Was to get rid of stocks,  A few million just issued for unclear;  By the Bell and the Book, The bend of my hook, Couldn' catch in, and hang onto, Snokers?! I opened a Bank With the airs of a Crank, Expecting Depositor's backing;  But they all flew the track When Exchanges came back, Because that the "Ready" was lacking!  chorus. _____________________________________________________________  Professor of this  Was ever amiss -  Professor of that was a blunder;  People thought to profess  Was an ignorant guess;  Who stared at an ass, as a wonder. I've no proper excuse,  So what is the use  Much longer a beggar to roam?  I must go up to God -  Or go under the sod  For really the Earth is my home.  chorus.  ____________________________________  They call it pnew? money,  The doctor's sweet honey -  when you haven't the cash for a cure;  They will not have faith -  In your soul, or your Wraith,  And they throw you down flat with this lure.   A swindling scamp,   A Liar, a tramp -   A unclear no maible? will bear.   A false un-believer,   A cheat and Deciever -   But a genuine "Man of Hot Air." chorus.
