User-Contributed Transcription in Charley's store. Have not been a ble to determine whether kitten is male or female. Nice little thing and Malcolm enjoys it much more than he did the dog, because he can carry it around with him. The dog never showed up - gone for good, I fear. Malcolm is pretty good about helping around. He doesn't have any wraps to hand up this time of year but is quite good about looking after himself. Can wipe himself now when he does "big ta" and takes a bath rather creditably, and helps dress and undress himself. Polishes silver for me very nicely and really could do errands over town splendidly, so far as memory and self-confidence are concerned, but am afraid to let him go yet on account of the traffic, Am planning to start him in school
