Tuesday, after a trip to town.

My Dear May & Dear Mother Walden,

Your letter reached me yesterday, was just a Foul- writing, chancing my message would reach you, For my only news, reached me very indirectly, - and told me of Mother Walden not feeling so well toward the end of her journey.

I read Mr. Marsh your letter and he seemed, indeed was, pleased
