Synopsis of interview:

Spent his 18th birthday at Mister Kelly’s— compares Mister Kellys to the Copa and saw Richard Prior that night.
Talks about going to clubs on Rush Street.
Knew all of the Club Owners because he used to go all the time.
Talks about drug use in the area.
Goes through a typical day during summer, of drinking and drugs on Rush Street.
Discussion of the Mob in Chicago at the time, everybody paid some mob.
interviewer talks about George Testifying in DC about the mob after the first Mister Kellys burned.
Talks about going to the Playboy Mansion in Chicago to teach acting.
Says Mister Kelly’s was the first high end place he was ever at.
Called it “the place” in Chicago.
Talks about Jays — tavern across the street— says he was at Jays the night Bobby Kennedy got killed.
Talks about how introduction of credit cards in the 80s changed everything.
Talks about how the protests happening near but didn’t affect it. Went to Rush Street after Democratic Convention and people were talking about it but it wasn’t a huge deal in the area.
Lots of dishonest police.
Jack Ruby was best friends with his father.
