User-Contributed Transcription I bought a dear little house and have had fun getting it redecorated and moving in. The apartment was too noisy and on a busy street. Now I am high on a hill with a wonderful view, Large yard with garden and many fruit trees. Everything has been so neglected but a year from now I hope to have a beautiful yard
It's a strange small world. The man whose house I bought was head of the print department at the University for thirty seven years. He also had a shop in the basement. When we looked at the house he was working on "Geographies" for someone. The bindings were so beautiful, a soft green with a delicate gold dec-oration. My daughter in law almost cried when thinking of the geographies she had given away. He was putting (I should guess) three to a volume.
