Dear Jack - I am so cloistered here it is good to know I am remembered on the outside world. what with acting, [[des?..y?]], painting and constructing scenery, [[anhing?]] for the company, teaching, and doing [[pen aged?]] work, I never get my nose outside . just now it would freeze if I did! But there is no snow here. [[Judy?]] writes at intervals. He seems to keep busy in Mobile. In his last letter he spoke of planning a [[vair?]] to Sandburg. Libby Holman [[goes? gave?]] two concerts for us last week, Americana of various vintages, everything? from Barby Allen to Moanin' Low. I wonder if you have heard her recently. Her voice seems more extraordinary than ever. Do come and see us if you are ever [[?]]
