User-Contributed Transcription condition the Tenant was in advance of any of his neighbors he had plowed nearly two hundred acres and planted sixty already and the neighbors said he beat them all The house had been cleaned up and things looked well indoors and everything looked much better than when Snee was there, for he had torn the barn corn crib and house nearly to pieces And I was very much pleased with the appearance of things all around and I think that you have secured a first class tenant and that I found was the opinion of all the neighbors The crib and barn was nearly ready to fall down he said he would take them down and put them up again if I would furnish the nails I thought you ought to do it so I bought for him at Fowles #5,30 of nails I have since seen his son he
