3) The bearing of contemporary politics - Economic conditions in America upon successive stages of social developments
4) The reciprocal influence of local & federated agencies upon each other & the development
5) The tendency of "Che[[?]]" - central to discriminate agst. prevention, protective & progressive educational movements thwarting their research, experimentation & demonstration.
6. The the respective [[?]] of official & voluntary Social work to the mutual advantage of the close [[?]] cooperation -
7) Religious effort to spiritualize Social Work & socialize spiritual effort -
